OceanStWx
Still raining here. Must be a real sharp and nearly stationary coastal front. KOWD has had snow since 6PM, less than 10 miles away. It's still headed your way, based of the current radar trends you should be seeing the chaneover shortly. Looks like it just passed through Sharon and Canton. ski MRG
Passed the 16" mark here in Lenox. The band may have peaked, but we should rip for another 2 to 4 hours before it lightens. Absolutely incredible. We will likely surpass what we had on 1/12 with over 20". Still have power, although lights have flickered a number of times. Snow has a nice fluff factor to it, probably 15 to 1 ratios. Edit: 8 PM...17" and counting! Hey Mitch, were closing in on 18" here. It seems likely we'll hit 20+". Just got in from running around in the snow with my daughter. Too dry for a snowman. It's POWDER!

Too dry for a snowman. It's POWDER! just got in from playing with my daughter too. Its a dry snow here too. That band of heavier snow that goes from the con area down south and west toward GC was shown pretty well in the hpc prob of 8-12" maps that I had posted on here. Especially in nh. It had GC in the 5-10% area for 18"

Making it easier to hear the howling wind and see blue flashes of lightning. It's coming! Strike up the band! Funny I just moved my truck in the garage with the door down. My parents got home an hour and a half ago and said the roads were really bad, not just because of snow but trees down. They could barely make it up the street to get to our house. Just measured 15.3 here. How's it down by you, Chris? I hadn't seen your posts and thought you might have lost power. Holy sh*t. The totals coming out of the Berks and W of here are insane. I hope I can make 8".
