places closer to the south shore have already. HWV is now 37 and FOK was in the lower 40s is now 37. Part of what we are dealing with is loss of snow growth with the impending dryslot. Deeper convection will overcome this, and once the deform band comes in it should be cold enough for all snow

Well, also at this time we are dealing with warming from about eight to ten thousand feet as well, which is leading to the p-type variety across Nassau and Queens.

not sure why Upton is so agressive for the NYC area, save the NW bronx 6-10 inches is a very low porbability.

If we did not get a single flake more from this storm,it was already something I never experienced in my lifetime and I wont soon forget it.

Guessing there will be a deformation band for sure, just not seeing any indications yet of it being anything insane by any means, but as it drops Se towards the coast we may see a few mesoscale bands form.  I'm going with snow ending time in NYC right now of 0230Z

What is the actual time for that?
