CoastalWx
Euro definitely looks like it will be more phased than the 00z run. There is a theme today with maybe a late phasing with elongating the low more north-south.
Tropopause_Fold
ec is going to try and make something happen...might be a bit late in the game or it's a copy of the GGEM. LOL.
weathafella
Euro definitely looks like it will be more phased than the 00z run. Yeah that see saw is tilting. It looks to be close and probably no mixing issues if it hits us when this run gets done. 126 looks not bad.

ORH_wxman
Definitely a late bloomer on the phase...we'll see if it can back into SNE after 132 hours.

CoastalWx
Maybe a little too late on this run, but is tries to phase earlier than 00z for sure. Brushed eastern mass with snow.

Tropopause_Fold
Looks like a scraper....maybe Phil gets warning criteria on this run...BOS maybe gets advisory. maybe stating the obvious but given the players on the field, this could probably go anywhere from up the HV to way outside the BM. weathafella
If we can get the phase 6-12 hours earlier we have something big.

I'm pleased with what's shown for now. It will only take a small shuffle to bring it west, or another 50-100 miles difference in s/w timing will allow it to be a piece of junk. weathafella
I'll take this run verbatim. Will get snow on the ground and it will stay for awhile. That's all I'm asking for at this point.

I think the last few solutions along with ensembles demonstrate well just how tough it would be to get a cutter in this pattern....those vortexes up in the Lakes and S Canada provide quite the wall with the block securing them in place...a full earlier phase could def threaten something like a HV cutter, but thankfully that looks like the worst case scenario...lots more room to the east. Agree totally. A cutter is probably the least likely scenario with out to sea, scraper, or blockbuster being more likely. The only way it cuts west is if the closed low jogs even further west than progged and we get a very early phase. IMO this is least likely. CoastalWx
Looks like the ukie would furnace a good chunk of sne. Well, take that back...it looks like it tries to close off perhaps to our sw, but it would likely be snow to rain (coast) and then perhaps snow extrapolating out.
