I don't have much wiggle room.....the EURO is a yawner here and the GFS is epic; I know how this usually ends.

I hope the Euro comes into something like the GFS showed...I didn't see the 12z euro but it sounds like the 0z GFS was kind of similar to it? If that continues to be the case tonight well than at least it's something positive. Just by what has gone on this year I'm expecting to see a Euro solution which is generally over our region or just off to the west

I dunno Ray...Euro is close to mostly snow for YOU...not me but even for me some decent on the front end.

Worrying about details at this time range is silly and a completely unnecessary stress. Its certainly possible it cuts the HV...but its every bit as possible this stalls over the BM or only grazes us. We aren't dealing with a day 4 system here.

I shouldn't but I always worry about details. It's in the weenie handbook on preparation.

Yeah you and I get hammered on the ECM Paul.

Looking closer on the 0z GFS it looks like our area would get hit pretty well on this solution as well! Great H5 setup with low closing off...looked like great low pressure tracks as well from 850-700mb...can't see what 925mb looks like...gotta wait for UCAR to get out that far.

You and I have an uncanny match in our musical tastes as well as movies and books considering we're 40 or more years age different. I think you get big snows next weekend.

Are you looking at my Facebook, Jerry?

Yeah Euro and GFS are now 12"+ easy. Chances are neither will verify so enjoy how they look now.

I'd say you and I get even more on these models...the GFS just destroys CT with the deformation band. I might get a little bit more on the ECM though....12z ECM and 0z GFS are 20"+ for me...

GFS ensemble mean has the storm except 150 miles outside the benchmark...nothing surprising.

Right where we want it...

You shouldn't have had to look that closely to glean that.
