40/70 Benchmark
Gonna be a MECS for 12/20 on today's Euro. I think we can offically designate this as a "viable" threat, however I would obviously not deem it likely as of yet....

NorEastermass128
Thankfully this is a week out because I'd take a break is this came to pass. What's wrong with 6" of snow followed by heavy rain? (guessing on the 6" of snow part)...plus, you could just watch TWC for live reports from NYC at the top of every half hour to get your snow fix. 40/70 Benchmark
don't go and beat the weenies's heads against the wall settle down this is good 5" followed by rain, while NYC and most of the rest of NE sees a blizzard blows; I'd rather it missed. skierinvermont
That storm doesn't even look possible, definitely not the synoptics I'd want for a NYC blizzard. It is spiting zucker ... or rewarding his pessimism. Maybe I should try it. Low goes right over me

ChrisM
from a weenie board lol.. "12z Euro is a big hit for us with the second storm according to Americanwx.com!" Looks like we could have a hit over this way in a week or so though, if only it would verify. Looks like a major accumulation as it's modeled now
