He always seems conservative to me when it comes to snow. Not saying its bad in this case, but sometimes he holds back too much and has to play catch up. Also, I assume, he didn't say what he considers a "snowstorm." Frankly, even if it snows 4 inch, my hunch is it won't feel like a normal snowstorm cause the roads won't be that bad. If we had heavier stuff, chances are it would be snowing at least IAD NW. Should get a much better view of things when the costal takes shape.
