ORH_wxman
Any chance you issue updated numbers Kook er um Will? I think 8-14" sounds good for most of our hills region with the places above 1,000 feet near the higher end. I am a little worried about someone snowbombing their way to 18"+ if everything works out perfect.

HoarfrostHubb
Makes sense. Supposed to go to a pig roast at 5 pm but I may hang at home because of the wind. Lots of trees around my house and I won't be lucky two times in a row. I'm supposed to be helping run a pancake breakfast Sunday morning at 5AM. Sunday afternoon should be a stellar surf day, wind peeling back the crests, water temp is chilly in Gloucester eh? Head to Narragansett or Point Judith. With consistent 1.5 plus QPF from all quarters and some good ratios do you think more is on the table? Seems mid winter profile to me and obscene snow growth with insane dynamics. ORH_wxman
What is your call for KGAY Probably 6-8...could be a little higher...the final 6 hours of the storm is the key there. It could be going nuts. If it produces well, that is where some forecasts could bust too low

Mr Torchey
2 weeks ago it was in the 70s here. Now we have a foot of snow and a blizzard incoming New England rocks It sure does, I could not believe what I read and looked at when I got home from work today. This is incredible, snow high wind warnings, coastal flooding issues.........its almost hard to believe this is going to happen. What brought it home for me was on the way home today from work my sister called and her utility carrier had sent a email regarding possible loss of power etc etc
ski MRG
You guys are awesome, and I love the updates, but the big story here (it's October and we can't ski on this sludge) is 13' semi-clean NE swell @ 9 seconds with still pretty warm Atlantic water and 27 MPH NW winds. Screw the snow, see you at the beach. What?!?! Of course you can.
