north pgh
What are the chances that this cluster of storms weaken as they move into our area? I'd say about 90%. Still need rain badly. Today's line of storms split up and I only picked up about .15 inches of rain. We could use a soaker. I don't want severe weather but I would be happy with a some decent lightning and thunder tonight and at least .25 inches of rain.

north pgh
North Hills about to get nailed by a cell that is now warned. That is right on path to hit me. I just hope no wind damage with it. It looks like a small cell but lot's of cloud to ground lightning with it just to my northwest. This thing is moving fast. This is the same little cell that sparked the tornado warning several hours back in Ohio. I have been tracking it since then. Still no rain but things are calm. I will post as the storm gets here. blackngoldrules
I turned TWC on last night and checked out their 5 day forecast. They actually had Friday's high at 100. I don't think I've ever seen a forecasted high of 100 here. Maybe back in 1995 when we last hit 100. They've backed off since then and have us at 98 for Friday now. Maybe we'll actually see a high heat warning for Friday instead of just an advisory. Depends on the humidity of course.
