Folks along in Adams / York / Lancaster / Chester counties south of Rt. 30:

I have been watching a bit of a ''dry-slot'' around Frederick, MD and Leesburg, VA. This is expected. The HRRR, which seems to have been handling this storm rather well, has this filling in and develop the Cold Conveyor Belt (CCB) over the next 2 - 3 hours. Don't freak out.

Massive band here in Franklin to Cumberland county now. 30-35 dbz.

Snows hammering down pretty good right now. Haven't ventured out to get an attempt at measuring, but where the snows not had much trouble accumulating like on the vehicles and the deck theres probably about 2-3 inches.

I was about to say we have a bit over 2" it looks like on grass/cars. Half an inch to an inch on sidewalks, even. If we can keep rates decent through the afternoon, I wonder if we can reach the high end of the 3-5" predicted.

My measurements are on a snowboard, so have similar. Snow picking up again. How's radar looking in your opinion?

Not trying to answer for him but there is a nice band to the W of HBG...

I think that's the "main event" so to speak. It's northward progress will gradually slow down as its eastward progress gradually increases... but I'm thinking it should make it to State College at least. If so, that would be at least a couple hours of mod-heavy snow.
