Boston-winter08
not that far west, still very questionable for 128-495 belt (as it is w/ any storm, nevermind late OCT)
dryslot
This low should start to go NE in the next few panels

moneypitmike
I'm not sure that this looks toasty--looks like it kicks east at an optimal time to allow a great region to enjoy wintry weather.....
Clinch Leatherwood
NJ is getting DESTROYED at hr36 Still a great storm inland, just don't see it playing out to be a very big deal in Boston and SE on this run of the NAM unless it really crashes heights. mattb65
There will be a coastal front from hell! Indeed, most likely we'll be pounding heavy heavy rain while it's ripping parachutes in the ORH hills, but once the winds flip north, it'll be awesome to see that CF crash and temps drop like a rock while we flip to heavy snow. Seen it happen so many times before, never gets old.
Bostonseminole
still very questionable for 128-495 belt (as it is w/ any storm, nevermind late OCT) Yeah, 1-3" is my call.. more would be nice, will be happy for all my friends out west and nw.. hopefully disruptions are not too bad. Boston-winter08
NJ is getting DESTROYED at hr36 another 32" for earthlight (i think that was the mod that came in w/ that huge snow total in the Christmas blizard with that band just sitting over their house)

Boston-winter08
for us EMA folks, we will need to watch when those winds shift from E, ENE to N.. IMO, almost a game time call for our area...seems difficult to determine how far west marine influence will get, given that critical thicknesses, 850 temps, etc. are favorable for snow...BL will be key

CoastalWx
If BOS is raining at 00z they are pasting + at 03Z. @ Zeus....this will all depend on the track and this will have a say in wind direction. I do think we will be rain to start for a while perhaps..then maybe switch sometimes after 03z. NAM is between the BM and ACK at hr 42.
