Does the red line indicate rain/snow line? If so, I may be snow throughout the event? I must be reading that wrong...

That's actually the Divinitus Maximo. It shows God's chosen people. Notice how it fluctuates based on how grumpy the bitches close to the actual rain snow line get throughout the storm?

Some innocent bystanders may be eternally damned because of that.

Perhaps they're going by what they realistically expect to verify at the PFM sites. Obviously what falls in the elevated countryside will be different than in a downtown city location where those points seem to be located.
