given the S and E bias on the GFS that is delicious.

I woke up this am sure that we would be putting the kabosh on later today and particularly on the weekend event. Then wake up to the strong west trend. Experience says that trend is not done yet...the NAM will be a juicy bomb straight up to Jeff. This is like last year con't

Now this is the half full mentality we need more of from you/

It's coming folks..prepare for a once in a lifetime wx event this weekend

Well I'm not going to get overly excited about a mangled parachute so you won't find optimism from me on that. Will be over 1kft in litchfield co for 6pm news tonight though.

It almost seems surreal. I'm getting pumped, but that little voice in the back of my head is there. I mean the evidence is mounting, but this would be so ridiculously anomalous.

I know same with me. The more I look at the temperature structure of this weekend the more impressed I am. I do think that if this happens like the euro shows there is the potential for significant tree damage and power outages.

The euro is so freakin' cold. That would be snow right to the coast...even after some rain. It would probably drop to like 32.4 or something.
