Yeah they torched yesterday. The 06z run made a big change.

I think ideally we would want the track to be a little more south, but honestly....how can we be picky in October.

Yeah there's a reason that since 1950 with good data, hardly anyone in SNE including MRG-land has seen 6"+ snowfalls in October...maybe just a couple times. Its hard to get it to happen.

There's a reason why areas of similar elevation to you up in NW Hartford County and Litchfield County average much more snow than you. This type of storm is one of them.

I'm not saying NE Ct is going to get 6 inches of snow. I'm saying the chances for accumulating snow ..say 1-3 inches are very good. That's all.

LOL, the GFS dropped the hammer for this weekend's storm.

If that happened that would be hilarious only because when we were talking the other day I was just telling you how rare it was to get multiple snow events a couple days apart in October like we did in 2009.
