I think it's gonna rain...

I should be writing IND's AFD's LOL:

.NEAR TERM /TONIGHT/... IT/S GONNA RAIN! A SHARP UPPER TROUGH AND ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT WAS FOUND OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS STATES EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. RADAR MOSAICS SHOW A LARGE BAND OF MODERATE RAIN IN THE WAKE OF THE COLD FRONT STRETCHING FROM NORTHERN ILLINOIS TO SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS. STRONG...WARM AND MOIST SOUTHERLY SURFACE FLOW WAS IN PLACE AHEAD OF THE FRONT PROVIDING AMPLE MOISTURE AHEAD OF THE SYSTEM. DEW POINTS WERE CLIMBING THROUGH THE UPPER 40S AND ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN THE LOW 50S THIS EVENING.

Been raining here for a couple hours, took its sweet time getting here. Rain was forecasted to start earlier this morning, but didnt get going until around 2 this afternoon. Temps are holding steady in the lower 50s. Starting tomorrow, temps are going to plummet, highs in the lower 40s lows in the mid to upper 20s! Is this cold going to be short lived? Is it going to get squashed by unseasonably warm temps again? We made it to 65 here today, it's nice to see seasonable temps again!

Seems there is a storm on the horizon around December 5? Forecast has its first honorable mention of snowflakes around here, still ways away so we shall see.
