Are there new findings about the imapct of Solar WInds on the Earth's climate? You're welcome. The relevance, from my perspective, is that I don't know whether there is a relevance. However, my GUESS would be that in some way solar wind(s) would influence weather and therefore, the climate. When will I be shown to be prescient, not sure. aslkahuna Posted October 23, 2011 Share Posted October 23, 2011 The primary effects of the Solar Wind upon the atmosphere are in the upper atmosphere mainly through its interactions with the Geomagnetic field which can heat the upper atmosphere.
