Is this really mesoscale tho?

There could be a narrow line of heavy rain right along the warm front, so yeah I could see mesoscale processes at work.

Also, the GFS brings another surge of lift supported by a 850mb SSW LLJ and accompanying s/w. With the front stalled over SNE, I could see prolonged sheet rain/drizzle to the north of the warm front, thanks to such warm and humid air above the cooler marine layer. As the additional lift comes through...maybe a final band of rain near 12Z Thursday.
