Bryan Wood
http://www.spc.ncep.noaa.gov/exper/soundings/11101412_OBS/ I was scrolling through the 12Z soundings this morning and there is a sounding for Huntsville, AL this morning. Does any .gov's know if this is a one time deal or a will we see more from here? If it's permanent, are there more additions in the future? I'd love to see soundings in Indianapolis. They launch daily soundings on Redstone Arsenal (Army) in Huntsville which I believe are available to the NWS but are not usually released to the public, I wouldn't expect it to be a regular occurrence. Doppler5
Does anyone know if the actual coded observations are available from sites like this? Eglin AFB in the FL panhandle also launches occasional soundings from what I've been told.

Thanks for the clarification. I completely forgot about the Redstone Arsenal being there, which would why explain the code letters didn't ring a bell.
