Rib
I just went outside and the high humidity is finally gone. 77 with a dewpoint in the upper 50s. Much cooler this weekend with the cutoff low lasting through early next week. Discuss...

PoconoSnow
I see the 18z nam gives a good part of Nepa upper 30's both Sun and Mon morning. Day time highs barely breaking 50 in the high elevations. I bet it stays in the upper 40's in alot of the higher terrain this weekend.
Parsley
Defintely nicer out with the dewpoints in the 50s.
PoconoSnow
Defintely nicer out with the dewpoints in the 50s. Yes. I have noticed it up here as well. We have cooled greatly since the 70 degrees for a high here. Down to 54 right now with a dew point of 52. No A.C Tonight!!

phlwx
BTW, high res SPC WRF shows some gustier showers (maybe thunder) popping in NJ around/just after dinner as the front moves through, developing low brings a band of rain that moves up the coast (generally Philly and east) after midnight. bluehens
NWS forecast has chance of rain tomorrow night.......how much validity is there and hopefully it has no affect on the Phillies game. Last thing we need is a rain delay and then to lose Halladay. We need that cutoff to not happen in a big way next week. Going to French Creek state park to camp on 10/8 and would prefere dryness with less mosquitoes.

Best shot at persistent rain is north and west, but phl will get into some.
Quakertown needs snow
I think as of yesterday local tv mets had sunny and 70's next week? Wow to Euro and now to srefs. snowlurker
lots of rain to another 3-5 inches Are you talking about Northern NJ or the general area? I've been looking at Wundermaps of the 0Z Euro and don't see such large amounts. Maybe I'm missing something?
jgir
More rain on the way ... cheez. Talk about soggy yards, I was out this morning picking weeds and raking the mulch back into the beds. It was sqish sqish sqish sqish. Also have never observed this amount of washout in my garden beds. The intensity of that cell Wednesday evening was extraordinary imo. Have a good day ,,, and GO Phills!!

wxmeddler
Euro keeps the cutoff a day longer than the GFS. Went ahead and put up > 30% pops in the forecast this morning through Tuesday. What a great weekend. P.S. It was actually a really nice morning. Dang PVA clouds moving in now and here to stay.
