Haven't checked it out yet. Does it have a negative option? For me it's more about unsubscribing to a few douchers.

I'm still playing around with it but unfortunately doesn't look like it. I just turn the filter for it on when i'm in the mood to see the loltastic things the trollers/warministas have to stay..

Despite this mild weather, the fall color has exploded faster than I can ever remember. The foliage network even commented on 10/8, "Many of our spotters in Michigan and Wisconsin have reported a sudden explosion of color! In fact, a few have noted that they've never seen anything like this." Took some pics around town today, posted more in the fall color thread. Cant wait to do some state park hiking next week, hopefully with cooler weather.

Amazing pictures. Leaf change has been slow in Toronto this year, but then again, after living in Ottawa for 6 years, where peak colour is Canadian Thanksgiving weekend (this weekend), I guess it would seem slow.

Looks like it's going to be awhile until LAF hits 32º or lower. Going back the last couple of years, below is the first 32º or lower temp. So going off this small sample size, we're not there yet or late. And just for giggles, both years that had Nov "first 32º or lower temps", went on to produce 40"+ winters here.

2010: November 3...31º

2009: October 18...31º

2008: October 28...30º

2007: November 6...32º

Might have a shot at it next week but that is still out in la la land.

Looks like a storm will form in the CONUS next week, but the question is where. The models are bickering over it now lol. I have a feeling you won't want to get caught up in the warm sector. Back to the beach in that case.

rain to snow?? haha ahh if only! lol gotta wait longer.

Checked soundings for a few areas and it actually looks pretty close to mixing in flakes on this run. The low level warmth is pretty nasty as you get closer to the lake.

40s and cold rain on the ECMWF/GFS for that system 8 days out... always fun to see a low track like that though.

It does look very impressive. Days like we have had the past week actually make me want to skip winter for a few more months. Only problem with it is that I will go broke golfing everyday
