Chagrin Falls Posted December 8, 2010 Share Posted December 8, 2010 It looks like CLE is running a -8°F departure from normal so far for December and with the December 13th-ish cold snap that departure may exceed -10°. It looks like towards the end of next week a significantly more zonal mild flow will develop, but it is unlikely December will finish above normal for Cleveland.
