Seriously.. It seems like people along the coast, and people that work inside and have limited time outside are the ones that like the heat the most. Work my job for a week with temps in the 80's you'll be singing a different tune. I would much rather see highs in the low to mid 60's this time of the year. Considering that is the normal and all for up here.

This weekend is going to feal amazing with highs in the 50's up here. They are talking possible snow flurries at elevations above 2k up here!

I hear you. I worked outdoors for a few summers and it was awful.

Can't wait for the crisp fall weather this weekend. I'm tired of this humid, stagnant air.

Looks like highs for tomorrow were bumped up to the upper 70s before the fall air really moves in. Should at least be a much more comfortable sunny day.

12z euro has NYC getting down into the mid to upper 30's on Sunday night and again next Wednesday night.

In the long range, it has a big push of heat. Looks pretty historic for the plains and setting up to be very warm for the NE as well beyond day 9.

18z nam brings upper 30's both Sun and Mon morning up here. Even well into Nw NJ by Monday morning.

There could be graupel/snow showers in the Poconos underneath the upper low in any instability, probably above 2000 feet. Very nippy for early October Some earlier NAM runs were suggesting even steadier snow or rain/snow for the highest elevations in NY/PA.

With all the clouds and showers around we may not even get a low <50, when earlier in the week it looked like upper 30s/low 40s even near the coast.
