SmokeEater
12z NAM really does dump on Jersey, who knows what to believe though. The firehose is for sure set up, just a matter of how far west it comes.

NaoPos
Alex, I Believe the the NAM has been trying to develop that orange into a weak tropic system/drepession. I think the stronger NAM solution compared to the weaker offshore GFS is gonna decide where that comes up. Either inland or offshore
phlwx
To show how unreliable the NAM is with this in the short range...the NAM shifts about 50-75 miles in a run. http://www.meteo.psu.edu/~gadomski/WRFEAST_18z/wrfloop.html http://www.meteo.psu.edu/~gadomski/WRFEAST_12z/wrfloop.html

At this point it's looking like I won't get a reprieve from the crappy turnpike job we've been on most days lately. I was hoping for a good soaker today and overnight so I could stay in the local area tomorrow hauling coal.

Looks like another shot of rain Tuesday. Yes. Tuesday looks like the rain day now. As for 476, yes they are going to 3 lanes each direction. From what I've been hearing, it's supposed to take 3 years to complete. The only major work area right now is in the Blue Bell area from Morris Rd south to Township Line Rd. Been driving past that quite often - on my way to Phillies games. Let's see if we get any rain today...looks like it will be another dry day (no rain IMBY on Saturday or Sunday)...tomorrow looks to be wet.
