BethesdaWX
Exactly 0.27" at my place also. I'd be happy if we could keep it under 1.5" today. would be nice to take the under, especially with this thanks to Irene: Seems like it's always something
CranberryWX
Nothing heavy over here with light rain showers moving through. The temperature dropped 10 degrees though since 10AM so I'd say the cold front passed through. It;s cold and nasty out right now. Definately not shorts weather today even though I started out that way.
GATECH
1.4 inches here already today, this is not good. Found the biggest most disgusting garden slug in my yard this morning. About 4 in long and inch thick. Hope he drowns.
Ian
Go to work, get the charger and some work, come back home? No hot water.. No shower yet since it went out around 930. I saw them working on the street just now. They are up in the trees and not digging a hole so hopefully it's almost fixed.

North Balti Zen
Lots of water Indeed. A minor lull now in Baltimore, but a look at the radar and the rain stretching in a line down to SC tells me that won't be the case for long. Yoinks. Jebman
Heavy rain inbound, but the silver lining is the speed at which the back edge is moving northeast. With any luck the heavy rain will be outta here by 7pm. We don't need any more flooding We need to dry out until Dec

Ian
I think I'm now getting into the zone. It's raining heavily. radar is not terribly impressive for my backyard. models did sorta stall out this line either overhead or east into the evening but it does still seem to be slowly progressing east. probably too soon to call it here tho. It certainly has eased east but it does looks like you'll get another shot of moderate to heavy. I'll do better than you for the remainder of this afternoon into this evening being farther east . I actually wish the rain would go away.

North Balti Zen
It's a Strasburg start and the Braves are desperately trying to hold onto the Wild Card lead. I am guessing they will drag their feet a bit before calling it.

But if they postpone it, looks like it would be rescheduled tomorrow at 4 or 7 and I can't make those times because of prior commitments.
