Matthew-Northern Italy
Well, sometimes happens here too and not only in the Plains http://www.meteovald...age/current.jpg http://webcam.alpenh....com/webcam.asp http://webcam.leitlhof.com/webcam.asp Two days ago was still by 86°F, right now here in the lowland it's 57°F with sunny spells and chilly N-NE winds, while this morning it snowed till 1000 mt, where 2 days ago was still 80°F (Predazzo). Ellinwood
Thanks for the update! Is this the first snowfall for the season out that way? If you know, how early/late is this snowfall compared to an average year?
Matthew-Northern Italy
Hi guys Yea, it's the first snowfall of the season on so low levels. Until 2 days ago september has been much warmer than normal, while now we have cooler air from N-NW. It's not that exceptional to have snow in mid-late september down till 1000-1200 mt, but for sure it's more normal to happen in mid-october than in september Bye !
