Including today, the monthly departures...

BDL +1.1 up from +0.6

BOS -0.1 up from -0.2

PVD 0.0 up from -0.4

ORH 0.4 up from 0.0

In general today added 0.4 to the monthly departures.

impressive considering how far along in the month we are, nothing but Robust + departures for the forseeable future in SNE.

66/66 up here with rain... man after dews in the 30s there for several days with that cold shot, you can really notice the increase in humidity. Mid 60s dews all day feels disgusting again. A month ago it would've been par for the course but now it just feels rough. 30F increase in dew point since last weekend/early this week.

It may not be overly "warm" as far as daytime highs go (only +3 today) but its certainly humid. These dews are going to lead to some huge overnight departures in the northern Greens considering my average "min" right now is 43F. This is shaping up to be a +15 or so tonight.

Yes, the overnight departures were ridiculous in sne, tonight should even be more impressive, feels more like tampa

He and Blizz get raging b*ners over positive overnight departures. They can sing torch all they want but there isn't any summer-like heat in the forecast, just elevated overnight lows.

Make sure to wear shorts when we golf next Tuesday, you will be sweating bullets polar Pete.

A/C on here at the home (good album by Tribe btw)

Still planning on camping Sat night in Rindge (or Jaffrey, not sure). Sure to be awful...

Yeah I don't want to put it on....but I'm all set with the dews, so it must be done.

Saturday evening may be damp so bring some tarps etc. Fingers crossed it won't pour.

Some of you guys have biases so extreme that your posts are way beyond predictable.

We could have a 65F, 100% RH day with SHRA/DZ and the usual people will claim cold/rainy, muggy/swampazz, or beautiful with sunny breaks. You guys need to change it up a bit to make your posts carry more weight.

It's amazing how the actual weather can be spun into someone's fantasy weather world. Wait until January 5th comes and it's 12F with a 40mph nw wind. Messenger will claim how the sun's rays are getting stronger and melting the snow off the asphalt.

Well, this afternoon was partly sunny here high 70s and humid. Just the truth, I understand other parts of sne may have had cloudy skies and cooler temps, but looked like all 4 stations shared in a warm day. I always try and back up my obs with pics, especially if other areas might not be experiencing the same conditions.

Man noticed today how early it gets dark, really cutting into my fishing time. Equinox FTL.

Your bug really needs to die...

This afternoon at school, it was so gross. I know it wasn't overly warm, even for the season, but the humidity was a bit much.

I know all you guys sort of do it to bust chops. It's all good...but I mean 70F could mean cool and wet with the heat coming on for one person, and an all out torch to someone else.

Its September, I think everyone can agree on the warmth, and unfortunately its not changing soon, sucks for outside activities (actually the humidity is what makes it suck) but it is what it is. Impressive Nina.

I like mild falls with the second half of October cool, but I hate Fall swampazz like this. The occasional cool spell is nice. Bascially 65-70 during the day and 40s at night is ideal through late October.

I know, I mean some people just don't get it. Ok, gotta go see if the rain is mixing with snow yet.

Yea just us guys, LOL it's not hot not cold it's just another day in SNEs never ending April to Nov fantastic arguments over stupid temp departures. Blah, fookin Kev started this s h I t two years ago, blame him Brian. Banter thread is now obsessive temp thread.

Agreed, its 77 in my house right now, and thats with the southerly breeze off the water......not to mention horrible football weather. Sucks to have to sweat and watch the games, and tailgating in this weather blows, low dews are all thats required.
