dryslot
Thanks, Jeff. And, I won't know if it's working until I get it up and running. Anytime Mike, Temps are steadily falling here as we are down to 55F from 59F 1 hr ago...
ski MRG
44/40 here now. High of 58 was in the predawn. Just think what my negative anomaly would be today if I was a reporting station with data. 45/43, impressive push of delicious cool air. Nice drop even under blustery conditions. Not very sizzlicious.

The mesomap shows it well.

ski MRG
Look how sparse data is on the East Slope, especially now that MPM and Ashfield are both down.
weatherMA
Nice. If you move to ORH, move to the NW side as there is a distinct difference than the SE side. This. 44/40 here now. High of 58 was in the predawn. Just think what my negative anomaly would be today if I was a reporting station with data. About the same as your positive anomaly for Tuesday

ski MRG
You should get a station online. Get a webcam too I think I might do that as a X-mas present for myself. We may put in a full monitoring system at 2k as well.

weatherMA
Sweet... It would be fun to watch those spots Then we can see for ourselves that his "Cool 60s at 2k" actually means 69.5 and humid. No seriously, that would be cool to have a station there, for sure. Ginx snewx
Yes!, the sound of fall winds rushing through the trees. Kev will need his flannel undies to protect his baldie cubes.

Logan11
On the map you posted....It's clear to see that 45 on the map south of here in western Albany County meshed very well with my 44... My temps are always straight and on Tuesday I reported a high of 81 and admitted my error in saying no more 80's.... You'll have to forgive Joe. CoastalWx
Wind whipped rain on my way back from the south shore. Nasty out there right now. Temp down to 57 on my car thermometer. Falling steadily now.
ORH_wxman
Looks like all areas over 600 feet have dumped into the 40s now. Except MQE of course which is further east away from the coldest air yet to come.
weatherwiz
When I was walking to work today I got caught in the rain...it was awful. I had walked to Town Hall to pick up my check, then as I'm walking to Stop & Shop to cash my check, which is just around the corner from where I work about 3/4 of the way there it started raining out. I tool cover under some large trees until it stopped. I proceeded to Stop & Shop, cashed my check, and bought a chicken sandwich and a box of Milk Duds. From there I walked to work, which is about a 7 minute walk. I was about 3 minutes away and the skies just opened up and I got SOAKED. I was pissed...just 3 minutes away and it had to pour out then.
