Seems like the wall around Frederick wants to give in but can't. Like the D.C. folks, it is just comical how Mother Nature tries every which way to avoid this area. Look at how that line of enhanced rains bends way around to exclude the desert of Frederick. Not the extreme amounts seems elsewhere but right at 5" for the event which is still very impressive!
