southmdwatcher
I drive home from Alexandria either on 210 and 228 to Waldorf or down 5, I avoided 210/228 because of the low spots. When I got home there was standing water higher in my neighborhood than I have seen since the 70's in St Charles. It is worse now along the streams. I do not live near a stream but the standing water in ditches continues to rise, so I can imagine Mattawoman Creek and other streams being severe issues.
