JamieOber
yep, i just saw that. were in trouble i think Kmdt now up to 2.98" for the day and 7.65" for the storm. They about to get slammed again for another 30 minutes or so then a small break. Looking at that radar feed coming north makes me feel this may be worse than I expected. Definitely seems like bad flash flooding might be widespread in the valley today. Gonna set up quite a tight gradient. Glad it isn't snow. Damn.....CTP says ****'s gonna get real later on: http://forecast.weather.gov/product.php?site=NWS&issuedby=CTP&product=AFD&format=CI&version=1&glossary=1&highlight=off On the HRRR.......I don't know about that. Yep Lycoming County My 1/2hp sump has been running constantly for the last 6 hours. Taking in some surface water. Jamie Wow that's a lot of rain. canderson
I just went to the river for a walk, it's rising at rates that are downright scary. I flew back from Texas this morning (went to help my parents move stuff away from fires). It's simply not fair what the atmoshpere is dishing out for us and them; they need this more than anywhere imaginable except I guess the Somalia area. The rain here's let off - kind of a misty thing right now and the sky's lighter than it's been for days. I know that won't last though. My house is soon to be an island. It'll be unplayable I'm sure through at least Monday ... they should move the games to lancaster at clipper stadium...don't think the barnstormers are in town. What a retarded location for a stadium. it is probably my 2nd favorite minor league ball park behind Trenton. i think it's very scenic though you do have to worry about flooding. canderson
It seldom floods really during the season, so I don't see a probably with it. I love the stadium/setting, most unique in baseball IMO. I thinking moving to Lancaster or York would be a viable solution.
