r-ville
My friend essentially owns the end of Blue Mountain east and north of Hbg. I will hopefully get some really good pics/vids from that vantage point. Agnes darned near took out the track at Rockville Bridge. This should be close to that. I'll post bail. That is certainly not the proper call in a mandatory evacuation zone. The only reason they should be arrested is if they are interfering with evacuations and emergency personnel, otherwise if they are in that area, they must fend for themselves. I haven't heard anything wrong on the rest of your travels

Sunny and Warm
Are you traveling from Allentown? I 78 has been reported to be on the verge of closing. yes, unfortunately, and I apologize in advance for my personal question with tragedy all around. You guys are my only source of current news on road closures out there. Otherwise, I'll have to wait until late and run the gauntlet through Philly and DC. Don't really what to do that, and it will make me late getting to where I need to be tomorrow.

The heavy I81 volume doesn't sound pleasing.

canderson
The Harvey Taylor/Camp Hill Bypass is open right? My wife's stuck at 13th @ Paxton and needs to get here in midtown, but Paxton is completely shut off going toward Cameron. I have told her to take 83S > 581W > 15N over the Harvey Taylor to 3rd street (which I know isn't closed). Only concern about this route is Harvey Taylor ... sauss do you have any idea if it's closed? I haven't heard it is as of yet (and pray it's not or my wife will have no way to get here). The heavy I81 volume doesn't sound pleasing. Don't know how these roads are fairing, but you could always try the rt 100 to rt 222s (through Kutztown) to rt 30W to Rt 15S track. I've done that a few times. Or take the NE extention of the Turnpike down from Rt 78 to Rt 76W and over to 15S. It'll cost you about $15 to do it, but it should work. (dunno how the Turnpike bridge is near Harrisburg)

canderson
OK, thanks. I'll post back when I hear from her. If she can't cross it, I guess she'll have to stay with one of our friends somewhere over in Camp Hill or Silver Spring Township. She was smart this morning and took a change of clothes, food, toothpaste, etc. with her to work in case she was stranded.
