in terms of heavy rain it did.. well it just increased the totals down by phl...so you can say its wetter or came east a little..

Actually Tom, when I toggle back and forth between the two, the new one is more west based than the 9z. I take that to mean that the back end of the event is much more heavily west based, and that the western part of the Mt Holly region is equally hit on the front end. Not really a shift at all. Agree?

im sayng for the phl and nj area. The heaviest slid west, but the overall rain shield expanded east. 9z had cape may county at a half inch or less, 15z has them .75-1. Most likely do to more variance in guidance.
