That would probably bring us some slop on the grass. Can't see the streets accumulating much at 35...maybe some slush for a couple of hours--will be interesting to watch I'm a bit north of BDR so that helps

I could see1-2 inches on the coast in the grass if the Euro/Ukie verified. Hills up near Monroe, Danbury, etc could get 3-4 easily with what those maps are showing although again pavement accumulation would be an issue.

During the snowacane in 2010, I was at 34-35 almost the whole storm. And had well over a foot of snow

That's at the end of Feb though after winter had cooled the ground...soil and pavement temps are alot higher at the start of the season especially this year with the torch we've had.

The only people close to the city that will get accumulating snowfall are the ones that are under the intense deform bands. Anyone else, will be mostly rain with occasional bursts of non-accumulating snow.

I really hope no one near the coast expects a full out snow event.

Only the lucky few who get under the deform band, will accumulate. And going by history, that will be earthlight and forky :gun_bandana:

Unless you have elevation, I tend to agree with you. And the way the last year went, Earthlight will be ripping SN+++ while were all looking at drizzle

yeah, earthlight will chime in with no less than 6 inches from this event and some stupid story about a snow walk he did, yada yada yada. That is the point I throw the computer out the window and harass him endlessly via text message.
