Went out back to ensure storm drain (which is in back of neighbors yard) and french drain in my yard were clear. Basement rug is soaked, had to move furniture. Car stuck in waters under the overpass. Public works moved the vehicle and posted signs. This means the Brooklawn traffic circles will also be impassable. Winds have not been all that strong down in Salisbury, Ocean City or Wallops Island for a while, and the eye is right off the coast... gusts have only been around 50 mph lately down there.
