HIPPYVALLEY
Stay safe Joe. Hope you don't get hit to badly. Neighbors are sustaining major damage to low lying parts of their property. Not cool. There is tremendous amounts of water pouring out of the Berkshires and W. Franklin Co. The Westfield and Deerfield Rivers are going to be extremely dangerous. Good luck. CoastalWx
Pete Bouchard keeps saying thatthat band is the worst and it'll be gradual improvement basically all day. Sounds like here in E MA we may get a second max of winds later in the day? So far it's been pretty low impact here. That band sorta fell apart before it reached the city but did bring with it a solid 50+ mph gust that brought some small dead branches down but no damage and power hasnt even shown any hints of going out. You can see the low clouds just overhead absolutely flying though so I imagine it must be quite windy a bit higher up. Isolated power outages...lol. 150,000+ without power now. He also thought the worst problem with the '08 icestorm would be black ice.

Cool. Sounds like fun even if it is pretty normal for the area. What's the wave size like? You should have let me rent the other one out so I could have enjoyed it from the shore as well.
