Looks pretty good on IR. back over water..Looks like it may indeed just scrape JErsey unless it jogs back west

Looks even better on the rainbow view. Looks like the clouds in the core are warming up, there's a bunch of dry air being wrapped in and the core is a mess. All we need now is a turn to the west.

I would suggest everyone charge their razors/cell phones..crank up your fridges to coldest temps now..vacuum the house..do anything you need to do electric wise. The majority of us will not be posting for days to a week or more.

Filled 5 coolers with ice, put them in big freezers bags, put those in the freezer.Will be used to put in the refrig. Do the same with water, freeze it then use it in the fridge, buys time saves food.

Done, 10 1 gallon ziplocks filled with water in the chest freezer.....

I think we'll make it through OK lol. May lose power for a while, but I'd be surprised if it were for more than a day. Power hasn't so much as flickered here in at least five, six years. Even without power, I can still flush my toilet, cook, take showers, etc.
