Max wind gusts (in kts) at IAD, DCA, BWI 2. Total rainfall (to hundredths of an inch) from 0z Saturday through 0z Monday at IAD, DCA, BWI Tiebreaker: Max sustained wind at BWI Entries due by noon (local) on Friday.
