If so, can you detail why? it has an UL anticyclone over it, the COC will stay over water the whole time, and no models are depicting the interaction with hispaniola as being a significant detrimental factor anymore. downsloping is always a bit of a concern, but the idea that hispaniola will suck this in and retard its persistent strengthening is unlikely, imo Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
