famartin
Is it inland from the shore in Jersey? It rides the Parkway. As a minimal cat 1 or strong TS. (Per a met friend of mine with high res data that I can't see right now) I've been thinking 50-60 gusts in Trenton but that may be high if its only a strong TS. I'm debating whether its even worth driving to LI tomorrow to see what could most likely be a Tropical Storm as it passes the area. Hmmmmmmm..... Jersey really is going to bare the brunt of this I think. Between the coastal erosion and interior flooding of streams/rivers. Very bad.

I think gusts of 50-60 are possible for TTN even at a tropical storm IF it rides the Parkway. If its east of Belmar heading for LI, probably 40-50. IMO. I would only go to LI if you don't need to be back in PA for several days. Traffic will be a nightmare from flooding probably through Wednesday. I was hoping any flooding you be gone by late Mon. night or Tue. morning.....obvisously my main concern in the Belt Parkway. Oh well, I'm 50/50 as of this point...but slowly leaning against going. Maximum lawman
She looks a lot healthier the last hour or two. Is it possible that it's a function of the 200mb jet streak setting up in the mid-atlantic aiding outflow? Is this where we expect the PRE to set-up? I note that it's a little south of redictions 48 hours ago.

Boch23
What ever does happen with this storm one thing is for sure. Its one thing to have plans in place for events like this. Its another thing to see them in action. If nothing else its good practice/prep for the present and future storms. Also is Mount Holly putting out another powerpoint briefing. I may have just missed it today.
