Yup, was about to say the same thing. Would be nice if this was the start of a trend for the 12z suite.

And I don't feel guilty rooting for it because if it came up the Bay that would spare areas North somewhat. Either way it looks like NC takes it on the chin although I guess west would be worse for them so its not totally guilt free.

Do you have to douse my hopes of rain with every post? :P

im not.. i was implying its "too be expected" that the nam is falling in line with the global powerhouse models. 2 nights ago at 84 i said it matched close to the euro on final position but it was going to be in "spray" mode for a while after.. which it was. now this may not be the final answer but it's getting closer. euro/gfs blend... tho maybe 18 hours out the nam will figure out where the exact heaviest strip may be (or more likely the output of that stripe).

EasternUSWx over on the main board said the last few ticks, she's been moving 353 degrees, a bit west of due north, where she was moving due north prior to that. Might be a little wobble, a trend, or nothing. We'll see.

Without question you can see the slight jog west on the visible. It is evident for at least the last 30 minutes to hour.

Whenever I pass along news of "evacuating" I replace it with the word "abandoning." It seems cooler, more apocalyptic. Seriously...what kind of damage are places like OCMD, Bethany DE, looking at? Bethany just repumped their beaches, to the extent you can't see the ocean from the 'bored'walk. Its not looking good for them.
