H2O
The ark will take more than a day to build, I'll get started to tonight and hope that we get more than 3-5 inches in a day and a half. Plz include a wet bar and a place for a wx station on the roof part.

usedtobe
The 18Z GFS likes Calvert county for 7 inches. Based on its track, the euro could be wetter (I haven't seen its QPF).

ThePhotoGuy
Yes, ark building is still on. Not too late to reserve a seat. I would reserve a seat but I have to work on Sunday. I'll probably be carried away in the floods or by the winds.

WinterWxLuvr
I'm in Virginia Beach this weekend for a bachelor party; not sure if I'm hoping for a whiff or a bang. Better stick with the whiff. The bang could get you in alot of trouble.

Ian
Darn SNErs stealing our weather again we'll see.. the track isnt far fetched with the setup but it would have to take that exact track for it to miss us and hit them. they are still in the "lol you believe that" range on models... the 5 day cone doesnt even get to us with landfall at d5 (seemingly 36 hours after riptide's day5 ). at this range it's pretty damn east even for new england in most scenarios. this is not necessarily the norm and a left shift is still easily attainable.. but there is not a lot of breathing room east.
