al79philly
Another 1.05 in the past hour. 2.51" total on the afternoon. Do they do F6 reports for KPNE? I would love to know the official totals for the past week.
MGorse
Nice writeup Mike. Shows that we're not done by any means, and if anything, the parameters for severe are actually increasing. Thanks! It continues to be a long day here at the office.

SmokeEater
Interesting looking storm in Northern Burlington county. Different characteristics than most of the other storms today. Good call, nice supercell moving into Ocean County.
MGorse
Good call, nice supercell moving into Ocean County. The hook type feature on that cell keeps trying to wrap-up but has been looking better on the reflectivity compared to the velocity.
SmokeEater
The hook type feature on that cell keeps trying to wrap-up but has been looking better on the reflectivity compared to the velocity. Has definite mid level rotation, looks like the hail core is wrapping around the circulation, what little hail there is.
SouthernNJ
Allentown had a few trees down from their storm. Based upon the Base Velocity for that storm, I figured a SVR might have been warranted for when this current storm was still near Willingboro due to the fact that the winds were already increasing rapidly at that point. This storm is also now heading for an area prone to nasty weather this year.

CTG is cranking We are on the edge....dam looks to have drifted a tad east....which would bring it closer.....on track for crossing 195/RT9 intersection..... If anyone is wondering why South Jersey has been relatively ripped off today, its because I was hiking in Wharton State Forest all afternoon and used my god-like weather powers to keep the storms away
SP
the core of this storm which had rotation is directly behind our property.....near Allaire......the CTG is unreal constant heading to basement......kids are not happy..... its passing right through the howell border....I have been watching the show for 15 minutes.....no chance for photos....way too dark but the clouds were moving!! JCT777
1.40" so far, mod. rain falling Don't have a rain gauge at my house, but I'd say we've gotten at least an inch of rain since 4 PM in Spring Mount, PA...most of it between 4 and 5 PM. Haven't had to do any outside watering in quite a while.
