However the Umket is way south I did some checking and from what I was seeing the GFS was right in line with what the EURO seems to show for that clipper, not a real surprise there... key hour is 102... cyclone77 Posted December 7, 2010 Share Posted December 7, 2010 If the GEM and Euro northern solutions work out there could be a band of icing setting up somewhere. Areas with deep snow cover will be hard pressed to get above freezing, so if a warm wedge off the surface gets shoved in here freezing rain becomes an issue.
