earthlight Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 Can't say I agree with the watch at this point either, although some storms will likely be strong and potentially severe--I think they will stay within or maybe extend just to the east of the slight risk area that SPC has outlined on it's 20z outlook (which by the way doesn't match up with the new severe thunderstorm watch).
