This past week, had 2 severe thunderstorms tuesday. Thursday another and our county was under one for like 3 hours. Yesterday had 2 storms during the afternoon with a potent one during the evening. Those days had Pops of 30-40%. Today we had a 60% and not a drop lol. Still got the best storms I have seen this summer this past week especially the thursday storm. Winds were up to 60. The lightning was so intense with the storm last night. One flash made it look like it was literally daylight with how long it lasted. The upcoming week looks boring with no rain till friday.

Not a chance in hell I will top that but even some good structure / lightning shots would have been good.

Speaking of, I just saw your video on NAT GEO...they're running that "WITNESS" episode at least twice tonight! A friend and I were watching it and I go "Don't open your door!"

Very nice today. Seems like a touch of Fall. I can tell the days are getting shorter....good riddance to this hot Summer. So, that makes back to back HOT Summers in the Southeast, and likewise, back to back cold/snowy Winters in the Southeast. I'm getting to work on the Winter Outlook. Good things come in three's.;)

All right! Keep the snow falling, but I hope your summer 2012 forecast is different from the experience of summer 2011.
