Trent
Winds should stay primarly from this direction throughout the night -- That's eye candy for a primary convergence band for the west side out to your area.

OHweather
It's been trying the last couple hours. Clearly some convergence along the western lake shore with a decent band sitting over most of Cuyahoga county the past hour and a half or so. It has unfortunetely been sitting just south of downtown. Trent any idea when this so called east-west band may set up tonight?

Still slushy even now....We have about 1.25" on campus.

I live in rural town, and US 36 hadnt been touched. at 2:30 they salted the roads, but it didnt help at all with the snow that fell.
Steve
This was a nice surprise snow...considering they were calling for under an inch through sunday morning..easily 1 1/2 inches!!
buckeye
looks like another batch getting ready to move east thru columbus area.....i wonder if it has a lake component, it looks like it formed at the tail end of some of those lake michigan fetches. Trent
And we have a primary band! Looks like it's snowing about a quarter mile south of here. I just need this to shift north or west just a hair, but the convergence might not allow much snow here.
OHweather
I'm in Reminderville for the night. We have seen about 0.5" in the last hour and 1.2" since I got here at 5:30, looks like it is ripping just a couple miles north of here where reflectivities have been between 25-35dBZ since 7:30. Primary band going like was thought possible, we'll see if it lasts. More echoes developing over the western portion of the lake, so let's see if the help the band continue.
