20z Sounding for DTX

last.gif

Notice the convective temperature is 84*F too, which we did reach/surpass.

Not an awful sounding at all to be honest. It cuold have been much worse.

That said, the air is very storm-esque outside. It's extremely still and you can feel the hot/moist air rising.

Racine and Kenosha Counties had best be on the lookout, given how quickly these storms have popped up. Got a nice visual of storm in N Milwaukee County from the south, didn't see anything particularly interesting though.

3 areas of rain going through MKE County right now and all 3 miss me and you..

They need to come up with some different descriptors. You're not supposed to laugh when you read this.

Pretty much, but you might get that storm in S Waukesha County. Instability doesn't really wane behind this area of showers/storms either, at least per the observations behind it.

s waukesha stuff is diving se of me.. can hear the thunder from it over my parents in franklin tho. another small batch 2 miles to my ne i can hear thunder. Maybe next yr.

Sun is out here in between those 2
