Rib
I'm glad the persistant trough/cutoff in the midwest/ohio valley, displaced bremuda high pattern is finally changing. It looks like the trough position will move into the rockies with a big dome of high pressure sitting right over the mid atlantic. This time of year, that should be good for daytime temperatures in the mid-upper 70s, lows in the 50s with low humidity. It's good for comfortable sleeping weather which is what I really care about. Parsley
Woke up to 29 degrees this morning.......on the north end of Lake George in NY. I'm back in PA now after spending the past 6 days up there. Drove hundreds of miles through the Adirondacks (my first time ever seeing them) looking at the fall colors. While they weren't great, they weren't a total letdown. Need to catch up now on PA weather, what's this talk about tropical rains??? Not what I want to hear.
cast4
Radiating well out in Millersville. 44 degrees right now with a low of 39 this morning. Meanwhile, back at home, we are still sitting at 54. York-Lancaster County radiational cooling FTW.

dryslotted
Can someone show me a fantasy snowstorm?? My life force has been drained from me... I'm with you. I decided I need to replace watching baseball all summer with something more interesting and potentially profitable. All these loser players will be over this loss by lunchtime today, and oh yeah, will still all be millionaires...1-0...What a joke...
