LVblizzard
It's about time we had a good nighttime light show here in Allentown. Really gusty winds with this too, up to 40-50 mph I'd say.

I would have bet money that they would have fizzled crossing Berks without daytime heating.
Parsley
Meh, seemed to hit a wall on my doorstep. Thunder and lightning to my NW, just a few drops of rain about 20 min. ago.

Booming away- nice lightning here in macungie. Its the kind of storm where it rattles the house. Have not had that kind in a while. Rain is moderate but who cares - its not like we have been in a drought. Cannot wait until Friday morning- should feel like fall especially when you can see your breath. The 40's tomorrow night- great sleeping weather too. Will also clear out the musty odor from the Little Lehigh Creek from all the decaying vegetation from the flooding. The only gripe is the sycamore and walnut leaves are already falling-too much rain? May not have much color this fall if they have mold on the leaves already. Grothar
You can have the storm! I did get the yard mowed this evening. I've never seen so many mushrooms in the yard in my life. Mold spores everywhere. Wait until next week if we get a prolong rain event- it will be worse. My neighbors have complained to me about the over abundance of spiders, crickets and grasshoppers in the yards and houses after this flooding event. All I know is this dam stink bugs have returned with a vengeance the last three days. No more rain would be fine with me. Oh by the way, on Mt Washington tomorrow night is 100 mph winds and 18 degrees. Hell of a wind chill factor for September

Rib
I cannot wait for the FROPA. I'm so sick of the constant humidity that has been around since May which was an early start. Tonight will be a very comfy sleeping night.

I would be happy to not break 80 again until late April/early May, but we'll have this period of oscillating temps for a while yet...

Rib
Pouring rain here. 69 degrees. Yeah, I notice temps to the west being knocked down to the mid 60s behind this line. Still a while before the actual front passes.
