CoastalWx
You know how it works up there.. Morning starts out sunny and by 10:00 towering cu pop over the mtns and it's pouring by noon..then a sunny break..then another storm. We had that 2 summers ago..and it was still fine..but it rained everyday at some point., but not enough to wash anything out It's tough to pinpoint exactly what will happen with these systems that are more convective. I know exactly what you mean too. I would prepare for some wet/cool weather, but I don't think it will be totally cloudy the whole time either. Well I'm hoping not that cool..you figure dewpoints will be in the low-mid 60's at least so that would still be fine even if we have to dodge storms

ski MRG
74/64, Another blistering August day in the low to mid 70's. Looks like the calls for a steamy hot August are working out as expected.

What you don't want are e-se winds and a WAA type pattern. That will keep it cool, despite warm temps aloft...seen it too often up there. You'll get tons of stratus. CoastalWx
So I started running more, Kevin. I murdered myself calorie wise during my break so it's time to turn over a new leaf. My big thing is self control. I don't eat crap, but I like to snack...especially after the gym.

I don't plan on doing 10 mile runs like you do at the moment, but I'll slowly increase it more and more I think.
