That doesn't look like it was from today

Morriss Partee Yes, this damage happened today. A passerby told me that this section was ready to fall; there was no internal structure holding it together. That red stuff you see on the hill are the bricks of the wall that must have come tumbling down.

Did you see my post before, I met you last year at a charity softball event on Plains Rd, I umped, gave you a flyer.

Didn't see the post, but yes, I remember that....and I remember thinking how familiar you sounded but couldn't put my finger on it. Nice to know now! That was a good time.

Well I drove Union from south to north and back..and found a safe spot tucked into a corner parking lot..saw some small hail and alot of CG ..some wind..but nothing severe and no funnels.

There's more damage in my hood than Union..Yard is littered with dead limbs and leaves..and it blew my recycle bin I had out by the street over and blew newspapers and crap everywhere.:arrowhead:

Same in Stafford. I also drove around the northeastern part of town and northwestern part of Union and didn't see any thing. More damage in the streets around my house than there and that's where the tornado warning was. So, I don't think what it was still intact when that cell crossed into CT. BTW, one street near my house was under construction and is a wash out now.

I was in that tiny commuter lot right alongside 84 at exit 74 to ride it out

I was in Springfield as the cell was just to my north and I was trying to get home but a cell can travel quicker than a vehicle from Springfield to Stafford!

FWIW, We had 1.2" of rain in 10 minutes. My wife reported no hail here too.

locals tell me that the roof blew off of this building (Bridge Street) and was all over Bridge Street, quickly cleaned up by Willi Public works but you can still see some of the roof hanging over the side. Other pictures are trees in the general vicinity. All are facing the same direction
